Sample log — Cut the first plate
Sample archive entry from the first visual slice. This is demonstration content, not a verified session or commit record.
The honest starting weight: a repository and an idea. Build a personal place to publish work, then make the place feel like the work.
The job for this session was to put a living world on screen and give it somewhere to go. A monolith that cracks, drifts, and welds itself back together. Destinations you can actually click in the scene — portfolio, ship logs, tutorials — not a header pretending to be a product.
What shipped
- Vite + TypeScript + raw Three.js. No React tax on the first slice.
- Procedural voxel tower (scaffold + core) with a custom destroy → rebuild cycle.
- Markdown bays for logs, work, and tutorials so the writing can land without a CMS.
Trial
The urge was to import a marketplace glTF and call it atmosphere. That is someone else's grind. The tower is carved in code. If it looks wrong tomorrow, I can recut the voxels.
Note to future me
The first instinct was to keep the world moving behind every page. The rebuild makes a different call: stop the renderer while reading. The log deserves your attention as much as the sculpture does.
